Onsite Parking We are recruiting on behalf of small locally based charity who is currently seeking a senior care assistant on a permanent basis to work in an elderly residential care home. Providing care and support for older adults. Purpose of the job To assist the Team Leaders and Manager in ensuring the home offers the service, which is able to meet the needs of the individual. You will hold direct responsibility for Care Assistants, Deputy Catering Manager, Trainees and Domestics. Responsibilities of the Role Working Hours Conditions The hours are 40 hours per week and are worked on a rota basis which will include early, late, weekend and bank holiday working. You will receive double time for Bank Holidays worked and over-time is paid at the normal hourly rate plus time off in lieu. Uniform provided and all food and drinks free whilst on duty. Staff will receive 3% of their annual salary paid into a personal pension plan after two years service. Salary is £14,352 per year.
